Our practice is located in the Parkwood Crossing Medical Complex,
which is located at the Southeast corner of Parker Road and Parkwood
Boulevard. The address is 5932 W. Parker Road, Suite 700. There
are 3 entrances to the complex with 2 service roads off of Parker
and one off of Parkwood. Please note these are service roads and
do not have a street name. |
Emergency Situations
During office hours, the patient coordinator will inquire as to the nature
of your emergency and pass this information on to Dr. Bass or Dr. Hall. Immediate
attention will be given to your situation, and you will be seen as soon
as possible.
After office hours, our answering machine provides Dr. Bass's pager number.
Once Dr. Bass has been paged, your call will be returned as soon as possible.
If your call is not an emergency, it will be returned on the next business
day by one of our staff members.
